Worth looking into any of the programs listed in the link for someone thinking about switching careers into IB/ER? I've heard excel is pretty much the only requisite tool, but I figured I'd ask.

You don't need to learn code to get into IB. Be a badass at excel though. Why would an IB guy need to learn how to write code?

I know a lot of banks use the programs, even if the bankers themselves aren't the ones doing the coding.
