I have a credit limit on this card that is ridiculously low. My credit scores are in the mid 700s, getting better every month. No lates on any account for over 4 years. I've had the account since 1996 so it's good for my credit age.

I requested a limit increase (to help my utilization scores), which was denied due to "a delinquent credit obligation either paid or unpaid with another creditor." Seems very bizarre. Any one else have problems with Citi?

Have you checked your credit reports, not score, recently? Anything negative or past due in the past year?

Check your credit report, it's free.

Seems like you need to check your credit report.

Probably best to use only one of the agencies so you can get another one this year

I've had no problems getting credit increases with my Citi Double Cash card, so it's not the company. Must be something on your credit report.

If you had late pay/no pay just 4 years ago, you have your answer in all probability. Just saying. Good luck.

Oh yeah, frequently. No, nothing.

That's the only thing I can figure. Seems odd when everything else checks out and the limit is so minimal, but that must just be the protocol.
