Never lets me down.

Had some issues with some fraudulent activity on my debit card. I called on Saturday they shipped me a new card. Today the fraud investigations analyst called me up, we discuss what might have happened, and they issued me a provisional credit.

There are drawbacks to not having a physical location to do banking, but Ive never had any issues.

Refreshing to deal with a company so eager to please their clients.

Never had a bad experience with them, ever.

Granted, my checking account is through a local bank, but I would not expect anything different with schwab

I agree. Outside of Amazon, I don't know of a more customer service committed company.

i have been really pleased with schwab. Been using them for 20+ years, and have never had an issue.
