Thinking about going into car sales profession. Need advice about interview, also would like to know more aboutsupplemental salary for those slow times, and what percent commission on the profit does one make?

Standard pay plan is 25% of commissionable gross profit with minimum commissions usually $100-200. Many places also put bonuses in place for total units sold.
Supplemental salary is not a good idea. The car business demands long hours and you'll need your time off. Most places also have a base pay for when you are in training. Commit yourself to following up with customers and prospecting and there won't be much "slow times". Oh yea, manage your money, just because you get a bug check one month does not mean the next will be the same.
Don't know what to tell you about the interview process. Be honest and say you are willing to learn.

Coach, do you happen to know when the release date of the 2015 Accord is? Also, how much of a discount from current prices should I expect to see on a 2013 after they hit the market?

2015 should be here around October. As for 2013s....the body style is not changing so very little. A 2013 Accord is rare simply because they are hardly traded in...so there's no reason to discount them down. If its on a lot, it will sell.
