Imagine that poor owner who was having to steal cash to make it through bankruptcy.

If he would have only tried to make it decent rather than milking it like a cash cow - he could have gotten paid.

BK is buying it for 1.8 billion?! I knew Popeyes had a pretty strong brand, but I didn't know it was doing that well. Impressive. Just don't mess with the product - the service is poor and they're kicking a$$ anyway.

More narrowmindedness. Maybe it's the people from the community you live in that give poor service.

"More narrowmindedness"...ha...you ride on a mighty high horse.

In an article with a headline stating "Popeyes Is Trying To Improve Its Awful Service", there was this quote - "I can say candidly that our guest experience has not been up to the standard of our food," Popeyes chief brand officer Dick Lynch told BuzzFeed. "Our franchisees would agree."

When Popeyes Chief Brand Officer says that their service is not up to par, I think it's ok for me to say they have poor service overall. I do realize that there are some Popeyes out there that are run well, but overall, in all of my experiences ever going to Popeyes (which are a ton of experiences), I'd say the service is poor overall and I think most people would agree. I did go into a Popeyes last Friday and get my order in less than two minutes in a location that is usually very slow, so it does show that service can be good with a little effort.
