Wife may be starting there. Just wondering what provider or fund family she gets to choose from? Anyone have an idea what fund family or individual funds they can choose from.
Also I heard they offer a 403b Roth option. Please help me understand how a Roth works from an employer. I'm confused. Is there a contribution limit on the Roth like there is for a normal Roth, or since it's an employer Roth, can she contribute however much after tax money she wants?
Thanks guys and gals

Anyone?? Anyone??
I did look on the website and see a bunch of different providers, including fidelity but am still unclear as to how it works with a 403b roth option. And also what funds are available for the 403b.
With the 403b roth can you use all of the same investment types as a regular roth, stocks bonds, real estate, gold, silver, etfs????? Or are you handcuffed to a certain book of funds?.But if anyone can give me an idea of what funds are avaialble for their 403b that would be awesome. I have fidelity for my large cap index and vanguard for all my others through my employer so I would like to look into the 403b roth option to choose some different funds.
