I've had some shares of these two for a while. Not much. 13 google and 12 Amazon.
Is there anyone like me who can't bring themselves to sell as it climbs and climbs?
I think these two may be left to my children.

Although most investors will tell you those pay no dividends and idiots like Kevin O'Leary say companies that don't pay dividends are scams. Facebook, Amazon, google, visa will be the dividend titans of the future while 99% of investors wanna invest in the dividend titans of the past, many of whom can't even organically grow numbers and can only boost shares with buybacks these days. Did you see google Er the other day 20% growth? From a $620b co? Geez man that's insanity to me

Kind of hoping to do something similar with FB. Maybe it can be $900 too one day? Who the hell knows.
Keep holding. You've done well.

Bill Gates had no idea of the impact Tigerdroppings would have on the internet.

Someone tell me how the stock options work for Amazon employees.
I have a friend who started there in 2008 or 2009 when the stock was still low. I'm wondering how many millions he's worth now.

My plan is to sell some of my google shares when it gets around the $1000 mark, which isn't too far away (assuming I find an opportunity I like better). I think it is a great long term investment and will likely add back to my position later.

It's up again after hours. I just looked. I just can't bring myself to sell it. Same with Amazon. honestly those two companies are on pace to take over the world.

Google is a great long term investment. I plan to keep some, probably half of my current position.

GOOGL stock is known for its ability to satisfy the needs of growth investors, and the implication of a dividend policy would only serve to attract investors.
Google is also known as a high-volatility name that attracts traders who jump in and out the stock. With a dividend in place, there would likely be more buy-and-hold investors, which could see the volatility decrease. There is a high probability of Google dividend in the future; however, investors will need to wait and see.
