Accept Short Term Lease for More?

I have a house for rent listed $1,400/month with minimum of 12 month lease. I was contacted by someone from ALE solutions offering $1,800 for a 4 month lease to start. Should I take it? I have only had two tenants and both stayed for 2 years. What are the pros and cons of taking this deal? Can I negotiate more?
Also, he states the lease is with the tenant, but his company will provide a letter of commitment for the monthly payments.
