Ack was falling off the mound for 3 innings. It was a miracle they didn’t win in the 10th. To trot him back out there and then let him pitch to Cags is next level bad management. JJ isn’t perfect. He’s human. Tonight he made some really bad decisions.

Florida will have very few decent pitchers in the bullpen tomorrow. This was JJ’s intent. Watch what happens once we run their starter.

LSU can win tomorrow and these statements will still be accurate

1 - Jay knows more baseball than anyone here
2 - Jay made some decisions tonight that cost LSU the game.

Tomorrows result has nothing to do with wrong decisions tonight lol

But what does that have to do with Ack facing Caglione for a third time?

You didn't know Jay was living in the future and planning on blowing the lead in this game to make Florida's pitching go an extra half inning. Stroke of genius!

Tonight was one of the worst losses in a long time

I mean we did blow a 9 run lead to miss state the end of last season. That was pretty bad

That has nothing to do with what we are saying. The funny thing is that you are going to end up arguing against Jay by trying to defend him. He will admit that he made mistakes but you are going to argue with anyone on here who says the same thing.

A series win is a series win. Doesn’t matter how it happens. Now, if we lose the series I’ll join you and blame Jay

You trade a win 10/10 for whatever you are pretending happened intentionally

I agree. Last year was great, but Jay won't have really established anything long term until there is a regional in Baton Rouge every year, and that's looking highly unlikely this season.

Florida has a stable of guys that throw low to mid 90’s just like LSU, it’s not like we are going against a mid-major that has a handful of guys. They also have dudes that can match our dudes on any given day

And this isn’t the same LSU offense as last year. They struggle a little more with stuff, BUT they do grind AB’s and will hurt teams that give them free passes which it seems like Gator pitching has a tendency to give out

Why are you acting like it's a given that 1-2 6.55 ERA Thatcher Hurd is going to throw a gem tomorrow?

You think we aren’t hosting a regional? LOL

I’m not going to go that far right now, but it’s definitely possible.

We play at Arky next week. Not sure if you’ve looked at our schedule. Losing tomorrow and going 2-4 into Arky isn’t ideal.

Jay knows far more than me. I thought he did a poor job with tonight’s game. It happens

Funny how you never questioned the millionaire coach Orgeron and simped for him when he was coaching losing seasons in football
