They all have buyouts, and that's what happens, bigger program, more money comes along and they jump. The hiring Scholls pays the buyout, or in many cases if they are being promoted it's waived... thus "assistant head coach" titles often come with Coordinator to Coordinator moves, get it?

Now LSU has him as DC/AHC... if he jumps it'll almost for sure have to be to a HC position.
