3. LSU at Alabama, Nov. 9. This rivalry has been the most important, most talent-laden and most intense in the nation the last two years. In fact, it can be argued that the Tigers are responsible for both of the Crimson Tide’s last two defeats – in 2011 in the regular season and last year, when an emotionally flat and physically bruised 'Bama team was stunned the following week by Texas A&M.

quote:

12. LSU at Georgia, Sept. 28. The Tigers’ first true road game of the season is also the Bulldogs’ last gauntlet game of the first month, coming after showdowns with Clemson and South Carolina. But Georgia does have something of a two-week bye before this one, with an open date Sept. 14 and North Texas on Sept. 21. LSU makes this road trip a week after hosting Auburn, and it is week five in a nine-week run of games without a bye to start the season.

We have 5 games against top 25 (preseason so whatever) teams. we should have a fun season ahead of us.

Agreed. Not many people are even talking about that game.

I think LSU will win in Athens
With an improved offense and defense that’s loaded with talent, especially young talent,
I think the Tigers have a chance to make this a special season. The only area of concern I have is at the center position. E. Porter hasn’t seen much playing time at all.

Looking forward to theses.
2. Oregon at Stanford, Nov. 7.
4. Georgia at Clemson, Aug. 31.
10. South Carolina at Georgia, Sept. 7.

I think that has to do more with most people expecting either/both teams to have a loss or two by then. It's pretty unlikely, ( especially if Manziel is ruled ineligible) but that could be a top 2 matchup at home if we can both make it through.

And you're an SEC homer through and through if you're not pumped for the Oregon-Stanford game. Their game last year was nuts and Stanford's sneaky OT win kept the Ducks from getting a chance at the Tide in the title game.

It's a huge game an both teams have been pretty good for years now. It's the same reason why LSU/Bama is highly watched since 2009.

If nothing changes I think both these games could grow into historic bouts the like of Michigan/OSU and Texas/Oklahoma

Sure there is. Just because it's not evidence in the form of live competition doesn't mean that the evidence isn't there.

Also you might think about checking your blood pressure. It's too early to be that angry.

I love how they give us credit for destroying Alabama's pride before they lost to the Aggies. They won't give Texas A&M credit for beating Bama. lol

Yeah that makes no sense

If Bama/A&M is 1, and LSU/Bama is 3, common sense would tell you that LSU/A&M should be there somewhere as well
