Truth or not, it doesn't matter, negative people who possess a catastrophe syndrome (some of these LSU fans) will never see anything good, even when it happens. Even if Kevin Steele's first defense at LSU ranks number 1 in the country next year, there will be some antagonist who will attribute the success to the talent on the field. I will say this, without question, if Kevin Steele was as bad a coach as he's been considered here, there's no frickin way in hell Nick Saban would have had him on staff! No way in hell! Anyone who thinks Saban would ever settle for mediocrity from his staff or players is an uninformed moron! If we know anything of Nick Saban, it's this, he has no qualms of cutting a player or firing an assistant who doesn't measure up. Whether Kevin Steele does a good job at LSU or not, I don't know, but to consider Saban would tolerate keeping an incompetent coach on staff is ludicrous and just plain ignorant!
