Guess i should have taken off my purple and gold glasses Good luck to all signing FA deals. Is it actually better to be a FA instead of being picked by a team in round 5 or 6? Seems like you could pick from a few different teams that may fit their needs and have a better chance to make team or practice squad.

Dwayne Thomas is eligible. I don't know why he isn't listed on NFL.com. I've seen him listed as high as 5-6 round prospect to not even scouted.

But we are just as talented as bama.

Hopefully this draft ends the bullshite rant myth that we are just as talented as bama.

No shite, boy. Just not nearly as much as bama recently. Since 2011 bama has had less than 7 players drafted just once. In that same span lsu has had less than 7 players drafted 4 times. We had 4 players drafted in 2015. 5 in 2016.

This year bama had 10 players drafted in the 1st 4 rds. Educate yourselves instead of regurgitating bull shite rant myths.

Dont get me wrong....
We match up really well starter for starter. But the talent gap between our 1s&2s is far bigger than Bama's gap. Bama has 5 stars backing 5 up 5 stars.

This, quality depth is a major difference.

It won't. How many times have posters said "we have the most talent?" Too many. We overrate out talent and always have.

This, this, this....I get so tired of the how much talent we have rhetoric...like we are on par with Bama. We aren't and having been for a long time.

Also, anyone surprised that dural wasn't drafted isn't paying attention...his numbers are minuscule compared to other WRs and his measurables didn't warrant attention...
He may stick somewhere (saints) but there was nothing there draft-worthy.

This image shows the combined recruiting classes from 2013,2014,2015,and 2016.

As you can tell that gap between lsu and bama is bigger than the gap between lsu and ole miss.
