I agree that the Texas bowl will have a larger amount of LSU fans then the Citrus will, however a ton more people will be watching the citrus than the Texas bowl..... even at 10 a.m.

It is gonna be impossible to win 8 games a year for an entire century unless LSU plays in the Texas Bowl every year.

Citrus Bowl is too far for me to personally attend this year but I appreciate that it's a more prestigious bowl; in the end I want whatever bowl is best for LSU and I think Citrus is the one this year

Citrus Bowl and the matchup against Louisville make for a great matchup. Game time is an issue for some but payout for both teams is excellent and viewing audience will be huge on ABC.
Also, it will be a great escape for the players to enjoy and a much better destination.
Tigers will play well without Beckwith and Fournette, and with a win finish pretty high in rankings.

Personally if LSU doesn't play in the "Final Four" or an NY6 Bowl I think they should play in the Birmingham bowl each year.

At this point it's 50/50 at best. If he feels better I think he will want to play, but we will be fine if he doesn't . Would love it if he were able to be 100% and have a blowout game.

I'm being very selfish here because we already had a vacation planned to Orlando so I just extended our stay one more day so we could go to the Citrus Bowl game. This is a great match up and in excited about the game. If I can snag cheap tickets to the Russel Athletic Bowl I will go to that game also
