7-8 wins is my expectation for wins.
Points 3 and for are an expectation as well. I am optimistic about 2 but I expect some more “alignment” throughout the season. And you might see some unhappy campers. I think there is a realistic possibility that some games get away from us in a big way like the Kentucky game last year. But if the secondary hold up, then I could be wrong about that.

Nobody ever wants to admit it, but something like 9-4 or 10-3 including the bowl game is pretty much the average for LSU over the past ~20 years. And those 20 years represent the most successful period in school history.
Point being that an 8-4 regular season followed by a bowl win would be a fantastic turnaround in year one.

I think this is exactly what anyone with a brain thinks will happen.
8-4 maybe 9-3 with all the positives you mentioned.
Sure, we all hope we are wrong and the team goes 15-0, but delusional fools actually expect better than that noted above.

Considering the state of the program when BK took over, only a bonafide idiot wouldn’t.
No one is hoping we only win 8, but it is a very realistic expectation this year.
