I would think we would get it if we beat them head to head for the championship tomorrow

They just need to bite the bullet and let 5 SEC teams in this year. Other conferences can kiss our arse. They don't deserve it over the 5 SEC teams.

SEC teams have big stadiums and high attendance numbers. And the best baseball teams. There's no reason why we shouldn't get 5 teams if they are good enough.

Well....that's not the way it works !
The NCAA baseball hierarchy insists on spreading the top seeds across the country and the committee is purposely given BROAD selection "criteria", which they are apparently encouraged to drastically CHANGE year after year....just the way it is !

Exactly, reward success and conference, school and fan involvement.

If we both win today, tomorrow's winner will get the 4th national seed out of the SEC.

It may take 5 SEC teams to get either LSU or Ole Miss in.

They could very well give seeds to MSU, UF, USCe, and A&M first.

Surely USCe isn't in the mix for a national seed after barbecuing this weekend

A&M up 10-8 in the 8th.

Now top 9, A&M batting.
