Would Les ever admit that he was wrong?

Just wondering if we open up the offense a bit and we begin move the ball more consistently, would Les finally see the light?

I know I would have. If he had made the changes that he supposedly made during the spring/summer, you bet I would.

I kind of feel like Les probably thinks we started so bad this year because people started trying to meddle with the offense.

That's not true, the wrong way gets you fired. The right way gets you extensions and raises.

He may have doubts about his philosophy, but that would never change as its the only way he knows how to coach

I don't even think its like that. I think the man honestly thinks he was doing what was best. I don't think he knew how to change. I think most older people reach this point. He just didn't know how to do it any other way.
