And what will he do if Les says he won't, fire him? Les can do whatever he wants now. Nothing Alleva can do about it. F King proved that by keeping Les. So we are stuck with Les till F King is gone.

After coming so close to being fired this year, Miles will be fired next year if things dont change. I think thats been made clear enough without anybody having to say it.
