Worth getting a ticket for Arkansas this week?

there seems to be a lot of negativity about gamedays and atmosphere around/inside the stadium. Is it worth making the trip?

It sounds like the stadium has been half empty this season.

I’m in New Orleans for a week from the UK, and will be making the long journey back to NO after the game. I’d rather spend the night on Bourbon if it’s as bad as people are making out?

Bad gameday atmosphere is better than a Bourbon Street shooting any day of the week.

Please get out and see the rest of the city. Bourbon kind of sucks

As for LSU, if the weather is nice, you will have a great time

I intend to.. not just Bourbon. My point is whether I stay in NO for the night or make the trip

It is gonna be COLD (mid-to-low 50's) and windy Saturday night. NNW wind at 9mph.

Have you ever attended an LSU game in Tiger Stadium? If not. You should check it out.
It’s only an hour or so from New Orleans. Not that long of a journey considering you are coming from the UK.

For real? I thought it would be busy all night?

Same apply to other districts/streets?

Frenchman Street was a great place to see music but I wouldn’t be out there late, either.

The party on Bourbon goes on all night, you just don’t want to be part of it after 2:00.

There’s so many great things to do in SE Louisiana

The French Quarter and LSU football (this year) are not.

Thanks for the heads up… worrying! So much for being out drinking all night

What about the game?

The weather looks to be great this weekend. Come in and enjoy campus and the game. You’ll be able to get tickets for dirt cheap

I haven’t - and have been looking forward to it. This forum has made it sound underwhelming to say the least

It’s not in 2019 form but an LSU Arkansas game is always a good one to attend. Tailgating should be great with the nice weather.
This forum would bitch even if we were undefeated. Pay them no mind.

Don’t listen to everyone on here. Do both and have a blast.
