So it's whoever got us into the red zone that gets all the credit for the drive huh?

Like someone else said... name a drive that Lee started where he came out any earlier than the 10 yd line? None.

So JL could QB 5 98yd drives, as long as JJ plunges it in form the 1, in your mind he is responsible for the score? Ridiculous.

Do you adamantly defend JJ because you think he is playing enough or should play even more, or do you just defend him because it is Miles' decision and you defend all of his decisions?

meh, winning at the last second when we should have won by much more isn't exactly working out just fine, and won't cut it the rest of the way

That wasn't all the offenses fault. Int yes. Fumbled punt, Kickoff return for TD made it close.

Why does the guy scores from 3 yards always the hero. If not for Jl the last 2 games jj is still awful.

Or maybe he likes getting 400 yards a game, maybe he has seen JL rattled and make bad decisions before, maybe he understands JJ REALLY needs JL to shoulder the load and that JJ possibly gives us an advantage inside the 5. Maybe he thinks that this gives LSU the best chance to win...

Maybe?

At this point there is no way to defend JJ without trolling. Obvious troll is obvious.

Seems to yield only one valid conclusion. Now.... are the premises true?

I agree!! This seems to be out of the realm of possibility for some tiger fans.

If you check my post history, you will see that I have defended JJ multiple times. I think the guy plays his arse off for LSU and would never try to belittle him. I also think, in the right situation, that JJ may create a mismatch and should be in the game. However, to give JJ credit for a drive in which he got only 6 yards is absurd. Granted, the scorebook will show a JJ TD, but it does not go very far as to warranting a majority of the snaps. Agreed?

My point is I see points for LSU, I dont care if JJ or JL scored them...more points than we have seen over a couple of years. I would think that situationally JL would have the majority of snaps going forward.

I dont think anyone has to bash JJ to make the point, and I am a huge JL fan.

the credit goes to Lee.
That's what I thought was meant. Personally, I hope Lee plays every snap from now on, but no need to bash Jefferson (not that you are bashing of course) more than is needed. He threw the interception, but he did some good things too.

An internet rumour that I overheard (after I started it), was that Mettenberger has been declared eligible a year early.

The opposing argument to this is that Lee possibly could've lead us into the redzone on the drives that faltered under Jefferson. Put JJ in when we get inside the 10 and he still contributes. (Although did anyone figure out what happened on the busted play that ended up being a JJ TD run?)

Tomorrow would be a great time to unveil the wild tiger with Ware and Shepard. Get a feel for it in a game against a lesser opponent.

This would also make Auburn commit time to preparing for it whether we use it against them or not. They will save the wrinkles or "tricks" out of it until they absolutely need them.

A functional wild tiger package could be huge for Lsu down the stretch.

JJ is not nicked up, he just can't run the offense like Lee. He was damn near begging Miles to get him back in with the game on the line.

Thank you Les for keeping Lee in b/c if not we would have lost to Florida.
