This is probably clear by now. My colleague coached football for Vanderbilt Catholic High School. His Hc coached at Ole Miss with Ed O as an assistant. My colleague shared with me that his former boss shared with him that Ed O is hard to work for in comparison to other Coaches.

I bet Nick Saban is super easy to work for and is why he has so many rings.

Ed has admitted his personal faults about his time at ole miss not quite the gotcha you’re hoping for.

My uncle's cousins' friends daughters boyfriend played for a guy that was a G A for him and said he was cool and easy going, so everyone can now relax!

Being difficult, but extremely competent is a recipe for success.

Good and demanding bosses are never easy to work for.

I’m sure that’s why Joe sent over a couple of assistants. Hey you think I’m bad go coach with O for a year and then come back and let me know how bad it was.

This is the dumbest thing I’ve read on Tiger Droppings, which is extremely difficult to achieve. Congratulations.

Why don't you review the Heisman Trophy presentation to Burrow and listen to the winner's thoughts on Orgeron.
How many such awards has your colleague's HC been a part?
Maybe there is a reason Orgeron failed at Ole Miss and your colleague's HC is now coaching HS.

Ed requires coordinators to carry the load of schemes and concepts but also willing to be the scapegoat if the team plays poorly. It’s a tough situation for them to be put in and obviously why good candidates are hesitant to take the position.

I've been reading this board long enough to know that if everyone is excited about something it will undoubtedly disappoint and if every loathes something it will turn out to be a pleasant surprise.
