Wonder what Calipari could do with this team?

No excuses for JJ. His team is young but still not a valid excuse, which I'm sure will be his tone as the season goes on. Calipari has freshman starters every year and wins big.

Some of the better teams in college basketball have nothing but freshmen, or at least really young guys. Having a young team is NEVER an excuse. Never. At least in college basketball. The good coaches like Coach K, Bill Self, Tom Izzo, and Calipari can coach these young guys and have them playing their best. Lord knows Johnny Jones doesn't do that fricking shite. That's just the way our team will always be unless Jones is gone.

Calapari wouldn't do as mush as Coach K or Izzo would do.

Why does it matter? LSU basketball is a little brother. Does The Rant Shut down for The Scoreboard for games? No.

Basketball is a step child for LSU. It's what it is. No problem with that. Bring on baseball.
