Man coaching is not as simple as it seems by observing on a Saturday evening or night. Decisions have to be made quickly an preparation is different for each situation. I honestly could not do it an never have claimed that I good manage 18-23 year old young men from different backgrounds to become a cohesive unit capable of beating good, quality completion on a weekly basic while dealing with tons of adversity .

Things look a lot easier from the comfort of your lazy boy or your seat in the stadium. I guess it makes people feel good to really believe that Miles is so unimportant to the program that most people can do his job....
