My biggest fear moving forward is....how will this effect recruits who watched the last two games, and in particular last night's debacle?

If these guys smell blood in the water, will it set our classes in a downward spiral?

What's happening most certainly would have some effect would it not???

I could see it hurting skill positions on offense

I don't see why a WR would want to play in that offense

I think it absolutely will.

Imagine the kids at the Bama-LSU game. Now imagine the same kids this week. Bama rolls the #1 team in the nation. LSU gets rolled by the worst team in the SEC.

If I had a son that was a highly touted WR....no way he comes here.

And I never thought I would say that out loud.

Let's put it this way. Muschamp has lead a dumpster fire in Florida and kids like Cece Jefferson were seriously distraught when he was fired. Recruiting is about relationships.

Then you would be an overreacting parent. Jarvis, Odell, James Wright, Dwayne Bowe, Ruben Randle didn't turn out too bad in 5he league.

Im sure there are recruits on this team right now who feel that Miles has just straight up lied to their faces based on what we've seen this year.

Recruits and their parents certainly ask tough questions and have access to answers that we will never get.

I would bet Miles is 1000x more candid with recruits than he is with any of the media.

Of course, especially when it comes to Nick Saban recruiting this state.

Please elaborate, because Les has not recently shown this ability in any sense in public.

To answer the OP, yes, this insistence to have an inept offense will scare off recruits.

For example les can't say to the media that jennings isn't very good and harris will be better next season. He can however say that to recruits

We sent our last 3 WRs to the NFL in high rounds

Lafell,
Randle
Beckham
Landry

All played in "this offense"

They won't be playing in that offense anymore than OBJ or Landry did.
