I've been a LSU all my life, was born and raised in Louisiana. I'm pround of my Louisiana teams but I'm sick of the Prima Donna fans. Tired of people bitching about Hatch, Jim Hawthorne, and just being the Nancy Negative. LSU is full of great history. I tell everyone I know about this great website and when they check it out, They say mean people cry alot on here. BE PROUD & POSITIVE, good things will happen. I guess people forget what it was like before Saban laid the ground work.

I think that Curley Hallman was a great coach, Demetrius Hookfin was a phenomenal CB and Wade Richey never missed a field goal "wide right"..

Is that a positive enough Tiger fan for ya??

There is still real fans out there and I am one of them im not giving up on Hatch he will be ok, hell we won 2 NC games with not all that great qb's and when Hawthorne leaves LSU radio will never be the same I live for this and the Negatigers are killing me I believed in LSU when Curly Holman was the coach I wont ever give up on them, the last time I turned off a game was when Rohan got hurt in the SEC CG and Mauck came in and it wasnt looking good and we won I have stuck to my word to never give up on them

Always going to have Debby Downer fans just like you are always going to have those that believe LSU should go undefeated every year. That is why fan is short for fanatic.

If your negative then you bring negative energy to whatever you're thinking about. Read the book, "The Secret". If you're positive then you will bring that energy.

I agree there is way to much "the sky is falling", on the rant.
However, even for me being positive about Hawthorne is pushing it a bit too far!

Graduation from LSU or attendance at the university is not a prerequisite for being a fan. If that is the case, then I will stop putting LSU clothes on my kids and tell them not to sit in the student section until graduate school. I know plenty of folks who never attended LSU who are bigger fans than many LSU alumni.

But he is a LEGEND. Do you remember listen to LSU on the radio hearing that voice, it was magic. I grew up wanting to call LSU games or to be in broadcasting.

So...this kinda pertains to this thread...and kinda doesn't...it is about LSU fans standing up.

Over on the rivals board, there is a USC crying because apparently all LSU fans are just awful people and he also said at one point in time that LSU can't be USC...like it was just technically impossible...

I'm trying to stick up for you guys because everyone of the LSU fans I saw at the ASU game was great.

yea but some people just dont have to money to go to school at LSU or have the ACT to get in, I live and breathe LSU my dad has a brick in his memory at mikes cage, I buy LSU colors which go to the school funds, I have an LSU room, I have ticket stubs from the 70's 80's 90's and 00's which all the money goes to LSU, my family has a LSU Christmas tree with the wild tiger towel as the angel every year, its in my blood and I didnt graduate from LSU

Fail...Did you even get the point. There are kids out there who grow up living and dying LSU because of their family shared great Tiger moments with them. I am not talking about bandwagonners asshat. I am talking about people who have been fans for decades and their children. Personally, I have followed LSU all my life. I attended LSU and graduated from SLU. I follow LSU athletics with a passion and I am already sharing these moments with my 3 yo son who has attended plenty of games. One of my good friends, "joe redneck", hasn't missed a home game in 12 years. However, I know plenty of alumni who could give a rat's arse about anything LSU.
