How often does the interim guy remain on staff? Would he step away?

Depends entirely on how he does in the role. Hell he's not my first choice, but could win the job if we go on a run

He gave USC the finger after he didn't get that job.
Then again, he put in a lot of time there. He's been here for 1+ seasons.
