Pay him as much as he's making now....?
There are only a handful of sportsmedia talking heads that make serious money. Gruden, Herbstreit,Nance...

I would record it. You NEVER know what is going to come out of his mouth.
And then, you almost never know what just came out of his mouth.

No way he could handle the countdown to a commercial.

Yes he will, along with a weekly grass-eating skit. He's the only guy who could succeed Corso. And the Mothership will pay him $$$$$

Needs to replace Gary. Verne and Les-could you imagine??

He would be somewhere between Lee Corso and Lou Holtz and it would be awesome.

Could you imagine him trying to criticize another coach?

He will coach somewhere else win 3 Champioships and LSU won't will be able to win more than 8 games a year during the same period.

I want Les to stay, but how great would he be on Gameday?

I do not think he would make a good in-game guy at all. Coming up with stuff to say on the fly is where he struggles and starts to stubble. However, he is MUCH better with prep and with people there to help him out a little.
I expect to see him as a frequent "guest analyst" on SEC Network studio shows, and maybe once or twice on their on-site Pregame show. I think he could do very well in that setting.
