hey man, if you dont want to stand behind LSU's starting Qb, you can go cheer for BAMA(or some other SEC team)

Says the guy who says:
quote:

PP is good, but this is really the first time hes been challenged all season.

quote:

JL plays well when he knows that it he doesnt complete the pass, hes going to be in Miles' doghouse

On Ridley:
quote:

he looks kinda flabby. i see why he cant break it to the outside. ...

quote:

it all starts with the QB. you have a starting qb that havent thrown a TD pass in over 7 games, what do you want RS to do as receiver?...

quote:

Mack does have 2 NC game appearances, 1 title(an undefeated season). Miles does not have any 1 loss or better season. All of Miles' seasons have been at minimum 2 losses.

quote:

if JL gets the opportunity to start a whole season, i say he can go 6-7th round....

quote:

JJ havent thrown a TD pass in 7 games and is 111/112th in QB ratings. JJ makes Reggie Ball look like a decent QB.

quote:

Between Miles, Crowton, and Gonzales, thats close to 5mil/yr in salary. thats pathetic that they cant organize a 4th down play after a time-out with 11 players....

quote:

Ridley is no better than any other RB at LSU. the difference between him and them is that he get all the opportunities. b/c he get the majority of the carries does not mean that he is better either. JJ is the 108th QB in the nation and he get more snaps than JL.

quote:

trotting out the 108th ranked QB will negate any talent that LSU has elsewhere....

quote:

I would gladly take 10-2 right now, but the team will fall apart after the BAMA game....

quote:

how about JJ just stay off the field. LSU only has 2 scholarship QB's. I'm fine with JL in near the goal line and handing the ball off to 1 of the RB's. ...

quote:

I feel sorry for the guy. He only has 7 games left to show what hes got, but Miles feels that he needs to give JJ 80% of the snaps. JJ hasnt thrown a TD in 5 games!! I can guarantee the WR's arent happy with the unsettled QB situation either..

quote:

JL will start, but JJ will come in whenever LSU needs 1 or 2 yards for a 1st down. Thats Miles' strategy....

quote:

2 seconds left and JJ was not even ready for the ball when it came....

quote:

if our coaches were so good, we wouldnt be 88th ranked on offense....

quote:

well the fact is LSU doesnt have any kind of passing threat....

JL lead us to two of the wins last season.

JL was the better QB over the course of the season IMO. The Alabama and Cotton Bowl don't change that. I don't understand how we can say with 100% certainty that Miles starts the players who are performing the best after last season. Lee was clearly destroying JJ in the middle of the season yet was riding the bench almost costing us 2 games. I also know that JL was outperforming JJ in practice.

I hope that JJ gets his act together, because I expected big things from him last year after a good 2009 season. He regressed.

Tduecen, now do TheDoc, he went from JL hate to JJ hate overnight. Remember how he use to come in with those LaTech pics last year everytime JL name was mentioned? Invasion of the body snatchers type shite goes on, on the rant.

Its very possible, especially if he is able to win the starting QB position over the other talanted QB's on this DAMN STRONG TEAM.

I'm not a JJ hater.....but "lead" is an awfully strong term to use. I prefer "participate in".

Some have mentioned that if Spencer Ware were to have played the whole Auburn game at QB, LSU would have beaten them.

JJ never played as badly as lee did in the la tech game up until that point. At least two throws lee made were going the other way in that game, before the db dropped them.

That being said, I wanted to see lee play in 2010 like I wanted to see JJ play in 2008.

When one is clearly sucking, put the other one in.

Aside from that, I really think JJ had a terrible attitude last year. It showed on the field and afterwards...and was clearly delusional from the post game interviews "I thought I played well" ect when he had stats like 8-18 34 yards passing.

Did JJ lead us to an 11-win season last year?

I think the team has been leading JJ, not the other way around.

Auburn could score at will on us. We were completely outmatched on both lines and abandoned the running game too early. JL did not cost us the auburn game, the much better team won
