If so, you've got as good of a situation LSU can hope for going into Monday.

Johnny Wholestaff gonna beat Rasputan and set the final stage.

It will. Be Farsi vs Janzack. He's their true ace

here's the deal with Drew Rasmussen. He is a great pitcher, no doubt, but with his injury concerns, this game will be closer than people think. OSU screwed the pooch not pitching the kid today. Had the done that, we would be dead in the water tomorrow.

True. Oregon State went long and tried Thompson vs Lange and backfired

All 5 national seeds that made the CWS were the last 5 teams left...

But I thought it was a bad thing to get a national seed.

I was coming to remind him of the same thing.

Wonder how he feels now about LSU being a national seed. Wonder if we still have some spare mental energy saved up for the next game.

their decision made 0 sense. If you pitch Drew Rasmussen and you win, you have your ace for the first game in the championship series. If you pitch Drew Rasmussen and you lose, you have your ace going against the LSU bullpen.

Now you are hoping a power pitcher, with injury concerns, can get you a must win, and you screwed yourself for the first game in the championship, should you make it.

It's obviously the reason Walker got hurt.

There was a dude not named clamdip that made a similar thread after the 13-1 loss asking if the team would have more fight if they went on the road for a super

You girls in the sewing circle sure are cute.

This will be the first time in 6 years a national seed has won, btw.

So you still stand by your argument that LSU would have been better off not being a national seed?

1 in 6... 1 in 8 teams are national seeds. Soo... odds are better right?

You can keep claiming this as my argument, and I'll keep telling you to quote me on it. You can't. Anyone who clicks on ell_13sewingcirclegirl's link above to my thread can clearly see my point.

But, you girls continue fawning over each other. Please. It's high entertainment.
