Everyone without a bleeding puss will be excited for a November home game against Florida. Cold football weather against a top program. Sure, I'll be on campus and in the stadium baw

Even if the West is not still possible, everyone associated with LSU will be virtually foaming at the mouth to deny Florida the East if they're still in contention.

Honestly Florida has become the #1 team I want LSU to beat this year because of this.

I get that but the damage it's done to next year's schedule doesn't matter at all?

Yeah from a selfish fan's standpoint, it's going to be some exciting weekends in TS the rest of the year. I'll worry about next year...next year.

I just don't know what people were expecting. After Sankey dropped the ball there was never a scenario that didn't hurt LSU to some extent.

How would you felt if we finished 6-1 and been left out to a 7-1 team not named Auburn?

At least everything is possible

Yes, the schedule may play out to where Florida needs to beat LSU to go to the SEC Championship, and the Tigers can play spoiler and ruin the chickenshit Gator's SEC dreams.
