His seat isn't hot today but it should be next year if we regress.

If we fail to host next season and don't advance out of regionals this is our five years coming off a title:

- host 2/5 years
- 2 appearances in supers (1-1)
- 1 trip to Omaha (0-2)
- missed ncaa tourney in 2011

I'm pretty sure that falls short of everyone's expectations. Another trip to Omaha in 14 and everyone should be happy, but next season is very important for mainieri.
