I want to see a win but I also want to have the feeling that Canada is running his offense.

Canada's been running his offense all year except for O telling him to limit the presnap shifts against Troy - which isn't why we lost.

Canada's offense at least so far kinda sucks. He may turn it around but it's not O's fault Canada's offense sucks because its Canada's offense.

I don't agree - I think this is a Canada offense that was built to make CEO happy. I hope they come to agreement with doing what we are doing ain't working. I have more faith in Canada after watching what he ran and called with Pitt than what I have seen so far.

CEO is scared shirtless right now. His hands are going to be on every thing.

I hope to see some of the hype associated with this offense this offseason. I have yet to see a thing.

Yes it is Os fault . O is the head coach so therefore it falls on him point blank. That's the way it works and it's always worked that way. Why would it be any different for O?

im not absolving O of responsibility here. I'm just saying that the notion that the reason Canada's offense has been a joke thus far this season isn't because of "O's meddling". Canada's offense except for the change in the shifts for Troy has been his offense. It just sucks.

O of course has ultimate responsibility for the teams performance.

Even if first part is true the second most definitely is not. We had 0 points at half. We then changed back to Canada and started scoring.

O schemed and politiced his arse off last season in order to convince Simple Joe to hire him. Once step 2 of the "Master Plan" fell through (hire Lane Kiffin) he hired the guy the Tiger Rant wanted. O doesn't want Canada here, so expect more throwing him under the bus by the HC.

The coordinators don't respect O because he is a loser with limited game planning/play calling knowledge trying to tell them what to do.

It's panic time. Orgeron is only gonna tighten the grip and continue the finger pointing. That's what the blind loyalists fail to address...his response pattern to adversity in and of itself shows he's not a good leader.

You really think Troy was the first time O messed with the offense? Players have made comments, hell, even Gordy Rush said yesterday that this isn’t the same offense they ran in spring or fall camp.

This is a bad argument to make.

Canada has been successful at every stop until he started working under O.

Similarly, Aranda has been incredible everywhere, even LSU until O took over. Now the D looks pedestrian on its best day.

Now why would 2 highly successful coordinators suddenly forget how to run an offense and a defense?

The one common denominator seems to be O, who has a history of historic level failure.

I give Canada a complete pass this year. Maybe O isn't telling from what to run, but Os philosophy of less practice and his own admission that players aren't watching film suggest that Canada isn't being allowed to fully teach his offense to the team.

The canada offense I watched in the off-season was full of shovel passes, screens, misdirection plays. I’ve seen almost none of that

So it just so happens that a man who's offense has been successful everywhere he's been, including a 1 year stint at Pitt, is crap when he gets to LSU and under the likes of Ed fricking Orgeron?!? Color me skeptical.

Well the defense took a step back because of key getting fat and all the players we lost to the draft. Losing beckwith, Adams, riley, white, etc. was a huge blow.

Is O telling the whole story though? It's just mighty strange that the offense has looked jumbled up and different in every game.

because we are weak and incredibly thin on the offensive and defensive line? We aren't starting true freshmen because they're just so awesome you can't keep them off the field. We don't have a choice.

Shitty line play will make coordinators look pretty bad.

oh probably not. He probably has Aranda and Canada take Monday through Wednesday off so he personally can draw up the plans for the week. Thursday and Friday Aranda and Canada implement O's plan.

Better believe his hands will be in it if things aren’t going right
