I hope he does but I do not blame him if he goes.

I checked several mock drafts and he's not listed as even a second round pick on most.

If that's the case his choices are, transfer and sit out, go free agent and hope to make a squad and probably go D-League, got to Europe or come back here.

IMHO coming back is his best option, but I don't know what's in his head.

He's not right now, so IMHO coming back here for next year is his best option.

Why would he want to do that?

I've been saying for months he should transfer to a real program, develop for two or three years including the sitting out year.

Kids don't seem to be too keen these days about sitting out a year and going to class/not playing,

I think he'd at least talk to the new coach before doing that. A new coach could be the same as a real program if we get lucky.

I doubt he even gets drafted if he leaves this year. I just don't see him being a draftable player this year. He had some good games, but he's still too inconsistent.

To answer your question, I think he actually does come back. If not, I think it's a huge mistake on hus part. Especially, if we get a coach that can actually coach worth a damn.

He's not going to be drafted. The NBA has limited roster spots and the competition is high.
He can make good money but not life altering money in Europe.
Sitting out is not productive.
He should come back.

In the end he will probably decide to....????

Dude should stay all 4 years like Johnny O and work on his game, he ain't ready for no NBA, but he probably thinks he is. Good luck in the D league for awhile.

Hope he comes back but I don't see it as likely. He can work on his game in D league and get paid. Europe too.

A good hire might get him to stay.

The next coach would probably be a hell of a recruiter if he was able to convince him
to stick around
