Why wouldn't?

This is a question that came to mind as I saw the news of Pocic and LaCoutre returning for their senior season. This team should be poised to make a run at the NAtional title, so why a junior want to miss out on the experience of being a national champion?

I remember drinking on Saturday mornings.

I see their return as a testament to their position coaches.

I am thrilled that Pocic is returning. But I must have read two dozen times on this board about how it is so he can move to his "natural" position at L-Tackle.
What in the world has he shown to make anyone think he could do well there (other than high school film and recruiting services hyperbole)? Oh, and the fact he is tall?
While he is not lead-footed by any measure, I haven't seen the kind of agility in him that would bode well blocking edge rushers. He certainly doesn't look as quick as Weathersby, and even Teuhema seems to be more quick-footed than Pocic has shown.
Keep him at center. He is good at it, and it is the key to the O-Line's success. Plus, other options there are unproven. Personally, I am hoping for an O-Line of:
LT - Weathersby
LG - Malone/Brumfield/Boutte/Dodd/et al
OC - Pocic
RG - Clapp
RT - Teuhema
If Teuhema needs to stay at LG, then move the "open competition" to R-Tackle.

I've always been told if the question is why the answer is always money.
