We HAVE TO outscore them. Their offense is built to not let teams do that!

Oregon's strategy is to wear your defense out because we feel we can outscore you and it doesn't matter what the defense does.

The offensive pace doesn't allow the Defense to sub out while the offense can still slip a few guys in and out

If a no huddle offense subs a player the referee stands over the ball so the defense can also.

Oregon just isn't used to being on TV for real games yet. Give them a couple years and they'll get used to it.

So a timeout only gives one team a break?

No! Both teams receive a break, but defenses generally tire out much quicker than do offenses. So, my point is that, Oregon takes a huge risk when their offense goes on the field because their defense is tired, but the opposing offense can probably still go for more plays. Essentially, ideally, if you go three and out, at the pace Oregon snaps the ball, it should screw your defense over pretty hardcore, but the TV breaks allow Oregon's defense to recover (when the opposing offense wouldn't need to) due to television breaks.
