You're NOT relevant by cheating, You're irrelevant by reigning down a shitstorm upon the uni, yourself and any reputation you've earned. Because you didn't earn it - you stole it.

30 years ago LSU baseball was a joke. Nobody attended the games nor could care less about the sport.

Huh? 30 years ago LSU baseball had won a national title the previous year and would win one the following year.

Which brings me to my point on some of you clowns saying we can do better than wade?? Can we really tho, after what I just stated above? Believe Wade wanted out anyway, was tired of the lack of support from our officials and the fanbase. Imagine going to the tourney for 3 years in a row, winning an sec title, finishing top half in conference every year and then going to practice in your shite arse facility and you look across the street at a mult million dollar facility. Would that piss u off??

It pissed me off when Wade, who had been paying players out of his personal account, using a phone to text kids about money, known to be recorded talking about paying kids money, goes and tells the media that our facilities are in disrepair.

There is enough fan support for LSU basketball.

The fans showed up to watch a team that grossly under performed this season.

Wade has set this program back years now with his numbskulled violations. Literally mind numbingly dumb behavior. Now WE, the fans of LSU have to deal with the fallout.

Wade acted like a prima dona too. He stuffed the admin when they wanted to talk to him. He was reportedly aloof to others in the admin including Woody.

So good riddance. LSU will clean it up. All you wade fans will be gone soon anyway. LSU forges ahead.

Based on what did this team underperform? Based on the preseason polls they played way over their heads actually!
You talk about Wade and his ego but you find a way to make this about the fans and yourself. What about the players? This shite isn’t about the fans, it’s about the people truly invested in it all. And last time I checked, he was right about the facilities, they are way, way behind. It’s ok for Mulkey to bring it up but not Wade, right?

LSU was on it's way to sustained basketball success for the first time in decades. The problem is definitely the administration at LSU just doesn't care enough about basketball to invest real money in it

LSU did not grossly under perform this season. 20+ wins and a 6 seed is a good season with what we had on this team plus injuries

You know LSU basketball was finally sustaining success when that is considered "grossly under performing"

Didn’t the school just invest heavily in one of the top Women’s basketball coaches in the nation?

For frick’s same here goes the Mulkey argument again. When they build new facilities or renovate what we have, then you can say they are invested.

"Ubangi" ball??? How fricking IGNORANT can a poster here be? I am 71 and have been attending LSUMBB since 1966 and I can recognize a racist remark when I see it.

Why LSU will never be a basketball school

Never? We’ve been one before. With the right pieces we can be one again.

I don’t want LSU to be a basketball school. I just want them to regularly be at the top of the SEC regular season, win the SEC tournament every once and a while and make a run at the final four every 5 or so years and walk away with a title every 8-10 years.

I agree with #1 being the fan base

Look at the crowds at basketball games, I hate to say it but it's mostly old rich White People.

Go look at Duke for example, it's 80 percent students at those games acting up.

Until we attract the students and younger generation, it's gonna be average at best.
