3 punts over 60 yards says you are incorrect.

3 punts over 60 in an entire season and your braggin about that shite. THis is SEC Division 1 football. Like i said, he's good between the 40s, other than that, very inconsistent. The whole 6 punt returns in last 7 games has to do with either punting between the 40s and pinning them (which growden is very good at), or having an aweful punt that cant be returned.

You are retarded.

60 yard punts are not the norm, even for NFL kickers. Also, I very clearly pointed out many instances where he flipped the field from the Missouri game on, and a BUNCH where he pinned teams inside the 10 yard line (many of those were from 40 yards or so which is a GREAT punt). He had exactly 1 "awful" punt the whole second half of the season.

None were fair caught or returned. What the hell are you even blathering about?

OK then tell me, from the Missouri game on, which punts were "bad". I have done my research and posted it in this thread. Please, let me see yours.

He had a 56 yard punt that was returned 5 yards vs Southern Miss that flipped the field and a 57 yard punt against Ole Miss that was returned 6 yards to the 23 yard line. That definitely flipped the field. He had a 47 yard punt from the 34 against Arkansas that was returned to the 19. Is that not flipping the field?

I stand corrected, it wasn't 50-10. In 2011 LSU beat Florida 41-11 and Auburn 45-10.

It was still glorious though. Both were ranked at the time. LSU that year put total beatdowns on six or seven bowl winners, four of them January bowls. LSU had the #1 SOS in the country that year and was just dominating everyone.

As bad as the title game was, it was pretty obvious LSU and Alabama needed a rematch, there was simply nobody else who deserved to be there. Bama had a nearly equally good regular season - not quite as good SOS but was still blowing up everyone.

Auburn fans were cheering when he came on the field because they knew good field position was coming their way.

So they weren't cheering because their defense had stopped us and they were getting the ball back.

It was because we had an Aussie punter.
