Why do people think that because someone spends 3 seasons around Nick Saban, they are now all of a sudden not only capable of running a top 10 program even though previous experience says the complete opposite, but are also just a better human being overall?
Saban isn't God. He is a football coach that knows how to milk the best out of assets. As soon as Kiffen leaves, he will go back to being a piece of shite.
