Tickets belonging to Cowboys season ticket holders will more than likely end up in the hands of TCU fans. Anybody who thinks that we will outnumber them is crazy. LSU will travel well, but there won't be as many Tiger fans as last year.

The game last year gave the team focus. They prepared extra hard all offseason for the ducks. The defense was in exceptional shape, moffit had them lean and mean and we were absolutely dominate because of it. After that game the whole sports world were singing our praises and this team jelled around this win.
I don't know if TCU will bring out the same results as the ducks game did but it has to bring more urgentcy to prepare than north Texas.
We will know after week one what kind of a team we have unlike this year where we all think this team is dominate but really won't know until after game five with the gayturds.

Most excellent avatar. Old school kelly green A's from the Finley era were what I grew up on. Free agency is the only thing that kept that team from winning for several more seasons. They'd be considered among the all-time great teams if they could have kept Reggie, Rollie, Catfish and Vida together with the guys like Bando, Campaneris, Rudi, Tenace, North, Holtzman, Lindblad and Knowles.

Sorry for the highjack, but somethings just call out for it, and this was one for me.

we played 3 cupcakes this year and I don't see any kinks being worked out. if anything, the team looks more sloppy.

I live in Fort Worth. Yes TCU has a sizable amount of their alumni base in DFW and a nice following, but we are comparing apples and oranges.

LSU will have more asses in the stadium.

I bet we won't....not that it matters. Last year LSU was allotted more tickets than Oregon due to the distance the Ducks had to travel. Also, many Cowboys season ticket holders put their seats up for sale and those were bought by LSU fans. It was also a marquee match up of 2 top 5 teams, so it was a game that Tiger fans were excited about.

None of those things will be the case against TCU. Their campus is just minutes from the stadium, more tickets from Cowboys season ticket holders will end up in TCU fans' hands than ours, and their fans will be a lot more excited about this game than we will be, especially if we end the year in a disappointing fashion (not winning the SEC West).

Our fans will be louder but we will be outnumbered.
