Why is Kramer still batting leadoff? Can we take Beau out as DH?

Can they move Kramer down in the batting order in the middle of the game? Maybe just in front of Pap? Can we move Beau from DH to the bench and put in Coomes and then put Coomes at FB? Does that cause us to lose the DH? Why isn't PM making these changes? I just don't get it.
