Why I like college baseball more than the pros.

I guess I am a traditionalist in that I enjoy watching players respect the game. When you have guys in the bigs like Nyger Morgan or Carlos Gomez trying to show the opponent up at every turn, it really annoys me.
College baseball, on the other hand, have players that work their arses off and it shows. Nobody has a guarenteed spot on the team just because they signed a 200mil contract. Also the professionalism among opposing teams makes me admire college baseball a lot. I might be going on a limb here, but when is the last time you have seen a bench clearing during a college baseball game? Just my thoughts.

I've been wondering why you like college baseball more. Now I know.

You don't even know who my pro team is?

I bet you think pitcher wins is an important stat.

Jared Foster was a notorious bat flipper.

Wow, a random Nyjer Morgan reference. Wasn't expected that but I didn't care for his "style" either.

I could have inserted multiple players' names but he was the first one to come to mind

The Baton Rouge MLB team has never made the playoffs. Crazy stat.

Please do, because was an absolutely horrible example

You know what's one way for a pitcher to not get shown up after a homerun? Don't give up a homerun. Maybe I'm new school but if someone does something good I am perfectly ok with them celebrating that. I'm also a Bryce Harper fan so forgive me. Make baseball fun again.

Hanley Ramirez, Bryce Harper, A-Rod, Yasiel Puig
And if i'm not limited to current players then Roger Clemens, Mike Piazza, Manny Ramirez

Considering I'm a SF Giants fan, I wish. Yet I still like college ball more.

So you just didnt watch lsu last year when the lsu was taking selfies after homeruns or foster bat flipping after homeruns?
Posted on 4/8/16 at 8:59 pm to Tiger Live2
Lsu has more success at the college level than the giants have at the mlb level over the last few decades

Yea because yasiel, hanley, a-rod, or hanley have never had their style of play called into question right? Yea dude you're right. I have no idea what i am talking about.

If Bryce Harper would have tried to show up Bob Gibson or Don Drysdale after a HR, he'd have gotten a fastball in the ear his next AB.
