I think he runs off and does Recruiting to get ready for National Signing Day. No let up for the Coaches and after Signing Day they go into Spring Football.

Because miles does not think or believe there is any thing wrong with the offense. Chavis has carried his rear since he has been at LSU

I'd just like for him to call a press conferencev to address the Clemson lost and his future plans on what he's gonna do about it. It seems like he runs off and hides the last few seasons......like the season is over and he owes no one answers.

Why would be do this? He still hasn't answered the questions from the BCS debacle after an undefeated season.

First off, it's only been a week so if he were going to hire someone they'd still be in the searching process. Second off, he's not gonna do it.

Well considerign signing day is less than a month away i bet these coaches are busting their arse making sure the guys committed stay that way and try to lure the few left on the board.

Lets not forget Jr day is coming up so they already steam rolling into the 2014 class. these coaches never stop. They dont need to hold a damn press conference to hold your hand and say everything will be okay.

In the past, when Miles makes any changes on the staff, it is done after NSD and with as little fanfare as possible.

one of the hardest jobs to do is fire someone

It can be if you're letting someone go for factors other than job performance. When a demonstrated lack of success can be presented as evidence of the dismissal being inevitable then its not all that difficult.

Doesn't matter who the OC is, Leslie still has a B1G mindset! He has last say so, hence the problem with LSU's offense!

If you look at this year's recruiting class, it is top heavy with defensive players. This tells me one thing...CLM plans to shore up the defense and keep running the same offense....what we got now is what we gonna have in '13 !!!

lurkr, are you suggesting we don't need a new o.c. and send Stud back to oline coach? That would not require any buyout! I am not a Miles hater, but the offense is the problem and can be easily fixed!

I have the answer...let the louisville guy ACTUALLY CALL ALL THE PLAYS. Just keep your hands out of it Les. Nobody gets hired or fired in this scenerio. Your 5 year track record of futility as our OC will vanish.
