Why hasn’t Cregg been relieved of his duties yet?

Line sucked and he can’t recruit so what’s keeping him here?

My guess is because they’re still trying to land quite a few OL.

Why is this so hard to understand. They HAVE to finish with OL. Everything else is set. If he doesn't finish, he gone in Feb.

Because the head coach has determined it is not in LSU's best interests to do so at this time.

He is being given a chance to salvage his recruiting. If he lands 2 out of the big 3 he is after and gets a grad transfer commit, he will prolly stay.

Well let’s see... last years line won an award for being the best in the nation( get out of here with it was all burrow, and Clyde shite). That was a good line.

Next,, look at how many converted DL guys you had playing OL. Maybe my only gripe when it comes to Ed O recruiting is OL recruiting.

very average line. They won the award because of the natl title. Without Clyde jump cutting out of holes filled with unblocked defenders and JB maneuvering as the pocket broke down like no other QB....they and LSU would have won nothing.
Give this present team that same OL and LSU still goes 5-5. You are the one that needs to step back and look at reality.
Gregg is very average coach....less than average recruiter. We are not going to improve to title contention with his average self as our OL coach. Just a fact.

My gosh, I hope seaux! I believe his recruiting would be the best in LSU history...and we know he knows how to teach technique. I am very disappointed that it hasn't already happened. I believe if he were to be named OL coach today, most of those OLinemen we are after would line up to sign. They are obviously not thrilled to be coached by Gregg....and why should they best. Having a HOF in your living room changes that dynamic imho.
