Literally a numbers game. Replacing 3 coaches responsibilities in the middle of the season is not easy.

He's a great recruiter and we're trying to keep the class in tact.
He can't frick up TOO much on ST. They cleaned house on offense and already had to replace all those coaches.

He definitely doesn't survive the purge at the end of the season. Right now we just need him to keep the recruits interested. If I'm BeBe BDP would be special teams coordinator in name only. As I said in another post Orgeron is in it to win it.
