- they see the number of tiger WRs doing well in the NFL?
- they get a lot of good experience blocking and running routes. Things that are valued by the NFL?
- They want to be the next OBJ or Landry?

It certainly NOT to get stats but even without eye popping stats we continue to put WR talent in the NFL? Trying to understand this

Know how I know you've never been to LSU?

Which starting WR's in the NFL that went to LSU didn't have good stats in college?

Do you seriously think football should be played like tcu , Texas tech, Washington st play? If you do then you don't want to win a championship you just want to look good in your eyes.

Do people even understand the game anymore? Do people even study the game beyond playing play station & talking about "modern" "upgraded" "advanced" football?
I remember when Saban used to do the football clinic for women. Maybe we can get Nick to do a football clinic for the rant.

High visibility. I mean, LSU is on TV almost every week. The opportunity to play in the best stadium in the country. The chance to make a run at a national championship. The chance to play for their home school (in some cases). And maybe the ones we are recruiting aren't selfishly only thinking about padding their own stats.

In our offense we will lose some system WR, ( elite small shifty guys, slot type players) but true pro style WR should be very interested in LSU. Simply because we get them NFL ready in a system that 31 NFL teams run.

in fairness, there are many schools that do throw the ball a lot more than LSU who compete for NC's. It's all those things you named, but the biggest thing is the promise that we do plan to throw it more. It just really never comes to fruition, so far at least. Cam is some how related to 'air coryell' and his offense is supposed to be more vertical. For one reason or another it never really gets implemented. But we sell recruits on that promise.

You mean except for a little over a year ago when we had two 1000 yard receivers.

QB needs to continue to develop, man. It's happening. The passing game is going to pick up.

Because since 2008 if you can make catches from the QBs we've had, you can catch from anyone

But seriously, WRs come here and learn a real route tree, NFL concepts, and really more important than anything that flies under the radar, run blocking.

The pro style exposure. It benefits to have cam Cameron who has been in the nfl. They already know the terminology and route trees. Moreover scouts like physical WRs that actually block. Scouts raved about Juice and OBJ pancake blocks and shite. They didn't blow up until their junior years... Which I'm sure Dupre and co. will relish next year.

To get physically ready for the NFL. Lsu has proven to be a farm team and GM's know it. Players come out of LSU fresh and with all the tools to have a lasting NFL career.

Play on TV in an elite football program, that happens to be a NFL factory.
Are could it be the science department?
