Patterson has been there a while now. If he so great, why isn't he winning titles at this point?

How many coaches in recent memory have taken a WAC-type team and made it a national championship contender?

I don't expect you to answer that, however, as you are an illogical nutcase.

Not one team in the Mac was remotely close to the talent level of TCU. Only OU and UT in the big 12 have out recruited TCU every cycle. It's not like he's winning with less talent, if that's what you are getting at.

Exactly! How many National Championships has he won?

Ok there it is...so you base his level of accomplishment on number of national championships. Nevermind he's spent most of his time in C-USA or the Mountain West.

Definitely much more accomplished than Miles.

I would love you to quote who said this, because it certainly wasn't me.

WAC, first of all.

And it's not like he doesn't get credit for bringing in talent.

The most ardent Miles defender should know that.

Still was Miles decision. Funny how people believe the team vote yet say Miles lies about everything else he says.

Guy had a losing season a couple of years ago....les went 9-3 and many people (including me) wanted him gone. Patterson would not survive here

People on this board have very short memories.

Calling me a nut case is hilarious since I have been on the right side of pretty much all of my positions on lsu football and that pisses you off.

You and your band of circus clown retards that have constantly predicted and actively cheered for lsu becoming a dumpster fire are again wrong and look like fricking idiots.

But please continue. I love it

I mean, is he really better than Miles? Has any serious Miles "replacement want" won this bowl season outside of Herman who beat the best "home-run hire" Fisher? TCU being embarrassed by the worst Oregon team in the past decade.

You're either a troll or you're pretty dense. For your sake, I hope you're just a troll.

How did TCU look last year when it beat Ole Miss 42-3 in the Peach Bowl in a New Year's Six game? We can play this game all day.

By reaffirming that Patterson is a good coach, apparently.

And 4 years later, had a losing record. IN THE WAC. Then 9 years later had another losing record. A bad one. 4-8. 13 years into his tenure. You can't whine about where he's playing. He was playing the big 12 with big 12 recruits. Against big 12 defenses.

But the point was that how many of you fools would have stood for 2 losing records in the past 13 years? You scream and cry because we lose 3 games.

Did you realize what school he's coaching at? He also won 12 games last year.

And had he been at LSU that never would have happened because yall would have ran him out of town for having 2 losing records in 13 years. shite. There is a lynch mob waiting in the alley because we lost 3 games this year. Patterson lost 8 just 3 years ago.

You are an extremely questionable person if you directly comparing LSU to TCU. The programs come from COMPLETELY different places, and have completely different cultures.

And play COMPLETELY different schedules against COMPLETELY different teams. There's a reason for 3-0 in the bowls.

IN. THE. BIG 12. His second year in a major conference after starting out in the WAC. Three years after winning the Rose Bowl as part of the MWC.

Context, for Christ's sake.
