Why can't we be happy with what we have?

I don't post on here alot because of all the bashing and all the negative that is posted on here daily. Am just like everyone else upset about Lee leaving but the start of a new season is just a few weeks away. We should be looking forward to what I hope is a great year and proving the media wrong that LSU can be restore to an elite program in the nation. We have 2 QB's now that can run the offense and a heavly recruitied guy coming in next year. QB's want to play not just in the SEC but for LSU. They may not be the 5* QB's you all want but when was the last time a 5* QB won a NC? Let's be happy for this year and look forward to many more great years to come in LSU Football. GEAUX TIGERS

I have looked that them you find alot of great QB's that are 4* that can win as well

Not trying to be a negatiger but I am concerned; who wouldn't be. JJ hasn't looked great although he's a heck of an athlete, JL throws a beautiful ball but often to the wrong team's receivers who have an uncanny ability to return those balls for touchdowns. We've lost 2 QB's and turned another one into a wide receiver. There is literally no quality depth at QB between our 2008 class and our 2011 class. Hopefully we can remedy that by adding someone soon, perhaps an outstanding JUCO QB or an outstanding transfer who's sitting behind a stud and not likely to get playing time any time soon. I am hoping that JJ proves all of the negatigers wrong this year!! So here's to JJ!

We won a NC with a 4* QB so has Bama. My point is that you don't have to have a 5* to win championships.

Why cant you take off the P&G glasses and see this for what it is. Lee would have given us a Junior QB when JJ and JL are done, now we will have a RS Fresh or possibly and RS Soph who started as a walk on. This has nothing to do, in my mind, with this year or next, it is about 2012 and beyond. Remember what happened last time a RS Fresh play QB for LSU? I do, it wasnt fun. What I am saying, is in the SEC you need an upperclassmen to be succesful and we will not have that.
