For one thing it's Bama and Little Nick. You don't think LSU will be up for the game? It's gonna be close just like last year.

I get your point, but if this group can't get"up" for ESPN Gameday at night in Tiger stadium with a record crowd against the number 1 team in the country and SEC opponent, you're grasping at straws

Hence the OFFENSE CANT GET WORSE because it can't face a much better D than the #1 D.

You do realize that Florida has the #1 ranked defense because they have played UT, Troy, Charleston Southern, Kentucky, and LSU. Not exactly offensive juggernauts, wouldn't you say? Tennessee is the highest ranked offense they have faced and they are only that high, #48, due to playing Western Kentucky (arguably the worst team in Division I).

As for Florida's back four being better than Alabama's, you may be right. However, our front seven is better, and it's not even close.

We have no chance. The coaches won't let us have a chance.

I can only be close if we switch offenses with another team.

I am not afraid of them, just trying to look at it realistically. They are so much better than us on the lines its not funny.

The Bama game is going to be a carbon copy of the game we just saw. We'll be lucky to score at all.

I saw what they did to an Arky Offense that looks like the Saints compared to LSU. I'm thinking if nothing changes, how do we get a first down in 60 minutes?

I'm not. I wasn't afraid of Florida either, although I thought we would lose a close one, and we did.

I give our team a punchers chance to upset the Bammers, at least. If we get our offense adjusted, we should beat the crap out of Auburn, and just get by Ole Piss.

I clearly pointed out that we have played our worst offense against the most dominant d in college football

before that game we were 99th in the nation, bub

WTF is wrong with you - cant you follow logic!!!

We were 99th having faced worse defenses and then we faced Florida's Defense and slipped even further - My point is we can't slip any further because we are at our nadir -

HENCE THE statement of having played our worst offense possibly ever.

Bama has looked awesome in every game LSU has looked crappy in every game it's simple

BTW thanks for injecting the thread with your awesome singular analyses

We'll get lucky on a play or two. I predict fewer total yards than we had against UF

Bama could have beaten us by 50 last year, but they didn't. If you remember, the defense played it's best game of the season against them.

This place is worse than the frickin Tide boards - can't you guys show a little bit of optimism and hope that
- we want to win and we will win.

Screw the coaches/administrators or anyone you choose to blame

BUT for our team's sake, why can't you just be a bit optimistic to believe in some change especially when we have the talent on the field.

I'm thinking it will look very similar to the Ole Miss/Bama game last weekend. Twenty something to 3.

couldn't agree more....we will struggle to move the ball all day and will not score very much....defense will keep it close for a while but over time with our defense on the field too much due to our inept offense Bama will wear down the front 7 and have their way in the second half....Bama 24- LSU 0

Are you serious?!
Alabama's offense has been very good?!

5 red zone trips against Ole Piss = 5 FG = NOT that good!

Here's the reason for the fear:

LSU fans have an insufferable inferiority complex when it comes to Alabama.

This is the basis for the hatred of Nick Saban. LSU fans' fear that HE was the real reason for LSU's success, and that no one else could do it.

This is again the reason for the fear of Alabama this year. It's the LSU fans going back to their default mode of being deathly afraid of big, bad Alabama and considering them to be far superior.

It's quite nauseating, really.

I am confident that we can win in Tuscaloosa. The last time that a good LSU team lost there was 1995.

Because it's been this way for 6 games and THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE, other than we use one of our best weapons even less now!
