Both won 1 national title but should have won multiple. Both had top recruiting classes year after year but couldn’t cash in. Who wasted more talent. It’s a tough call. Mainieri definitely choked more with his great teams in the playoffs.

What talent was wasted by Mainieri?

The issue was that we weren’t as talented as who we were playing.

Miles had a chance for back to back success in the 2011 national championship and in 2012 with Beckham, Landry and Mett. Unfortunately both were derailed by Bama.

Out of those two it's Sully. At least Van Horn has his team in Omaha. Can he win it this time and not have players choking it away on a routine pop up in foul territory.

Definitely Leslie. Pawl made the CWS 5 times. Leslie, was the most hard-headed man I’ve ever seen in my life.

It’s probably Miles but granted Miles had a lot more people on his teams.

What? Paul had lots of MLB talent and didn’t win a title. Bregman, Nola, Gausman, Fraley etc. We lost to way less talented teams like Stoney Brook, Houston, FSU and Coastal Carolina.

Miles is far more of a retard than Maneiri could ever be.

And I loathe Maneiri

He had 2 MLB aces on the same team during the dead bat era and couldn’t win. He had the best roster in the nation easily 3 different times and probly 2 more.
