All things considered, if you had to "draft" and LSU team, which RB would you take between Justin Vincent and Alley Broussard?
An uninjured Alley was a beast, but Vincent was the MVP of the SEC and National Championship.

I was always a bigger fan of Broussard but white girls and Bogies are the real winners here.

this. there is a reason he set the all time single game rushing record at LSU. I might be a little bias though since i grew up watching/playing with him at Acadiana .

Vincent was unreal for the 03 Sec Championship and BCS Title game but kind of fizzled.
Alley was a bruiser and sustained good play for longer, before his injury

Justin Vincent freshman year.
ETA: I'd take Keiland's calves first.

alley was poised to have a MONSTER year in 2005 before he got hurt
I think that really would have made a big difference in the tennessee game that year

I was just thinking this. I still listen to that song every now and again.

Broussard was great. He recovered from his injury, just got caught up in the coaching change between Saban & Miles.
He beat Addai for the starting spot before the injury.

No doubt. I always thought Alley was a better version of Charles Scott, and JV was a worse version of Keiland.
LSU goes undefeated in 2005 if Alley doesn't get hurt. EASY.
(although we still wouldn't have gotten in to the NCG King Joey )

Alley and it isn't close.
Now, would you take a healthy Alley or a pre-felony Cecil?
